Single storey church constructed from a pre-engineered steel frame building. Open concept design with multi level seating and viewing areas. Wood clad steel beams with built in sound system. Masonry historic restoration and existing building renovation work also included in the contract.

Full renovation of a high end jewelry store situated in the Dufferin Mall. Project included beautifully accented interior display millwork throughout along with flooring, wall fixtures and upgraded security systems. The architecturally designed and controlled store front included imported slate columns, encasing full spanning glass show cases, detailed millwork, accent lighting and fabric lined display openings.

Full renovation of the shower facilities for seven change rooms including new partitions, plumbing, complex tile patterns, and fiber reinforced ceiling panels.

Medical Centre tenant fit up project, consisting of exam rooms, beautifully decorated lounge/waiting area, staff/public washrooms, and doctor’s offices. The project also included an adjoining fully equipped pharmacy.

Extensive renovation of the public works yard lunch and locker rooms. Project entailed new plumbing, HVAC and electrical retrofits and new installations. New architectural finishes included millwork, walls, ceilings, etc. Also included all required mold removal.

This was a renovation of a front exterior façade changed from a brick to a stone and stucco finish. Finishing was accented with beautiful 8 foot wood doors with wrought iron and glass, a custom handcrafted Red Cedar wood and copper roof canopy, complete with new landscaping and interlocking stone driveway and walkway.
